2017 has been a really great year Capital Realty Group River Region, LLC, and we still have one business day left to go!!! So far this year, our Realtors have Sold and Closed over 210 residential properties for a total price volume of over $27 Million (numbers are approximate as they do not include non-MLS properties sold and closed)
The average sold price is $168K for our listings, which have ranged from $12K to $720K. This represents an INCREASE over last year, and our sales price / list price ratio is above our Board of Realtors average - This means our Realtors are helping their Seller clients, whom they represent, negotiate a higher price for their homes! The MLS is reporting the SP vs LP ratio throughout the river region is 94.99 and Capital Realty Group River Region has a 97.98 ratio.

The year may have started off slow, but it has been non-stop since February and is going out with a BANG to welcome in what we are anticipating to be an EVEN GREATER 2018!!!
