Cheryl Baird

Since 1998 Cheryl has been serving Montgomery area families with their housing needs. Understanding that buying a home is one of the largest investments most people will make in their lifetime helps keep her efforts focused on the client and the process while still making it a fun, enjoyable experience.

Growing up in Montgomery helps, as well. Knowing the area, especially with the phenomenal growth of the River Region, has prepared her to help clients and customers come to a greater understanding of the area and finding a sense of place. As a result of the expansion, much of Cheryl’s real estate career has focused on new home sales as an on-site agent. With this, she has had the distinct pleasure of representing many of Montgomery’s finest builders.

She is a devotee of New Urbanism and Traditional Neighborhood Design (TND) and had the privilege of working with Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk of DPZ (Co- founder of the New Urbanism movement with her husband Andreas Duany) on a project early in her real estate career which informed her about the changing housing needs in the new millennium.
